OUR STORY
Jwin Homes began as a personal project—a solution born out of necessity and vision. After getting married and facing Vancouver’s soaring housing prices, we decided to combined our expertise to build our own home fully hands-on. From hand drawn sketches to submitting the City's comprehensive pre-design documentations, to personally framing each stud by hand, rolling out the flat roof, lifting drywall, installing Hardie planks siding, applying every coat of the paint and installing every piece of flooring by hand.
​What started as a single laneway home quickly evolved into a passion for building. From single-family homes with secondary suites to duplex developments,

Winnie is your first point of contact for everything related to Jwin Homes. She is friendly and engaging, ready to answer any questions you may have before, during and after any build.
